A determined and motivated BAC pitched up at Abbeywood on Saturday morning, ready to put our last couple of weeks of “we did well, we deserved better” and “the scoreline didn’t reflect the game”s to bed.

BAC were at home for the last game of the season, it was a must win game if we were to finish the league in second place!
We started the game with a lot of pressure and forcing a full press on the Yate ladies getting a few chances on goal and winning a number of penalty corners. Red went down after getting hit in the throat by the defender’s stick (she can no longer sing Simply Red with Cheryl but the Bee Gees with Bish)

BAC travelled to Blockley this week and grumbled every day in the lead up about the early start, some of us even had to set alarms before our work alarm! An hour and half journey later, we arrived at the Blockley pitch ready to shake off our early start.
