BAC 1 – Japers 2 (08/11/14)

Driving rain, rain and more rain were the weather conditions at Abbeywood this week as we took on Jaspers. A local derby, with plenty of history between the two sides so who knew what would be in store.
With the team talk having taken place in doors, we braved the conditions and out we went to warm up. The conditions were awful, however both teams paid their respects to the fallen and a minute silence was held at the start of the match. (BAC proudly sporting their poppies for kits poppies)
BAC started well with early pressure. A free hit was given just outside the Jaspers D. A quick square pass from Sledger to Bish, who then fired the ball in to Tinny who finished the move with the ball in the back of the goal. A great start for BAC, 1-0.
BAC 3 – Cirencester 1 (25/10/14)

Match report by Katie Woolley-Nutty-Pulley
Today’s game felt slightly different for the BAC team; Gaps and Tinny were “en vacances” in France and were missing their first BAC game since circa 1994. This resulted in a bit of a team reshuffle with a number of positional and personnel changes. Lor was back in the forward line and, with the help of an early morning Red Bull, was all fired up and ready to fly up the wing.
Westberries2 0 – BAC 5 (18/10/14)

After disappointment of last week we all turned up for another tricky game!
Even ruby was excited to be here as she had her own tent and picnic which we were all tempted to get into and join her!!
Before the proper warm up started though there was a talk from Captain Kingers and Vice Tinny, which was very good and got the team all together and positive about what we can achieve if we play for each other, there were also a couple of position changes to the team but no change in personnel although we were missing Emma who would join us ASAP from work.
BAC 2 – 6 Leominster (11/10/14)

BAC’s third game of the season saw another home game, this time against our almost Welsh neighbours, Leominster!
Leominster started the game strongly, despite their early start and BAC were the ones caught napping allowing Leominster to snatch an early lead in the first few minutes of the game 0 -1.
