Today’s game felt slightly different for the BAC team; Gaps and Tinny were “en vacances” in France and were missing their first BAC game since circa 1994. This resulted in a bit of a team reshuffle with a number of positional and personnel changes. Lor was back in the forward line and, with the help of an early morning Red Bull, was all fired up and ready to fly up the wing. (more…)

BAC’s third game of the season saw another home game, this time against our almost Welsh neighbours, Leominster!
Leominster started the game strongly, despite their early start and BAC were the ones caught napping allowing Leominster to snatch an early lead in the first few minutes of the game 0 -1. (more…)

This weekend saw BAC take on Gloucester 2s. It felt like the hockey season had truly started – it was 10 degrees cooler than last week and pouring with rain! As the teams battled their way through the bring and buy sale it was decided to do the pre-match indoors so as not to get our shinny new kit wet. (more…)

The first team were away to Clevedon this sunny Saturday with guest appearances from Hammy, Lis and Lor and plenty of out of control supporters on the side line. BAC started strongly and held onto the possession nicely. (more…)
